Welcome to SquareWoodCraft! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

SquareWoodCraft specializes in high end custom cabinetry that is shipped directly to customers in flat-pack boxes. All products are made to order and designed for self-assembly.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified at checkout.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. Custom orders may require additional time for production and delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship our products across Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

6. Assembly

  • All products come with detailed assembly instructions. SquareWoodCraft is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during assembly.

  • If you encounter issues with assembly, please reach out for guidance.

7. Warranty

  • SquareWoodCraft offers a one-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper assembly, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of SquareWoodCraft. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SquareWoodCraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
